Senior HR leader Subhankar Ghose has joined ROINET as Chief Human Resource Officer.  

In his new stint, Ghose will be responsible for Organizational Culture Transformation through his strategic initiatives in the space of Talent Acquisition, L&D and Talent Management.

Ghose is an industry veteran with people management professional with over 18 years of experience. In his previous assignments, he has skilfully handled talent management, compensation & rewards, organization & change management, and HR Business Partner roles. He brings in a can-do attitude that thrives on integrity and a result-oriented focused approach for creating a culture of excellence. 

He has worked with companies such as ABP News, Muthoot Fincorp, ICICI Prudential, and Sahara Global.
