Gulbahar Taurani has been elevated to the position of the President of Royal Philips Personal Health, a leading global brand in health technology.

Gulbahar Taurani has been promoted to the position of the President of Royal Philips Personal Health in India.

Taurani would be replacing A.D.A Ratnam who joined Philips in 2004, has been a dedicated People Developer who is renowned for leadership skills and instrumental efforts in transforming the India business into a profitable one with a strong foothold in the region.

Taurani brings with him extensive experience in electronics, domestic appliances and telecom. During his time in the company, he has worked with large teams across various functions. In his recent role as Marketing Director, Personal Health India, Taurani expanded brand awareness, drive innovation and implemented crucial business processes.

“I am delighted to see Gulbahar taking on the role of Business Head for Personal Health in India,” said Daniel Mazon, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Philips Indian Subcontinent. “I am confident that Gulbahar will continue with this tradition and leverage his knowledge and our extensive line-up of our products to deliver meaningful innovations to our consumers.”
