Assessment tools used to measure the candidate's fitment in the top brass of companies have gone through major change, according to search firm Hunt Partners. In the past, assessment tests (tools) were used to determine a 'go / no-go' decision on a candidate's suitability for a position. However, over time, this was seen as too crude a measure, and hence the need for more sophisticated output.
