Raj Jain has been appointed as the CEO of Bharti Retail and Pankaj Madan has been appointed as the CFO. Jain was appointed as an advisor during the split of the JV between Bharti Group and Walmart in June last year. Madan served as the CFO of Bharti Walmart for five years before he was sacked last year for some alleged US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) irregularities.
