Nitesh Bansal has been appointed as HTC Global Services’ new President and Chief Operating Officer. He will lead global sales, marketing strategies and plans and delivery processes of HTC.

Global IT and business services provider, HTC Global Services has announced the appointment of Nitesh Bansal as the new President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Nitesh Bansal will be spearheading global sales, marketing, delivery, and operations of the enterprise in his new role. 

Nitesh’s customer-focused leadership capabilities and vision for technology make him well suited for this role.. He will be reporting directly to Madhav Reddy, CEO of HTC Global Services who is responsible for driving the strategy and direction of the company. Nitesh’s  appointment is reflective of HTC’s growth strategy. He believes that  HTC will become the trusted choice of people with its consumer-centric approach and pedigree of high-quality service delivery. 

With a noteworthy career spanning over 35 years, he has been curiously passionate about AI, business automation, Physical Digital Convergence, and 5G. His most significant contributions have been in  intrinsic business value and client ROI. Prior to joining HTC Global, he was the Senior Vice President at Infosys Ltd, where he managed the global sales, delivery, marketing, consulting, and strategic functions. Nitesh has been  a prime player in successful acquisitions, and cemented three billion-dollar business units. He also handled various operations across vast geographical boundaries and industry verticals at Infosys.

Among his many accolades, Nitesh was a key member of the Global Futures Council for Advanced Manufacturing at the World Economic Forum. He has also served as National ER&D Council of NASSCOM, and Industry Advisory Board of Tauber Institute of Global Operations, University of Michigan. His career milestones also included being a part of the Advisory Committee of SAE India, Suppliers Board of Open Networking Foundation (ONF), North American Manufacturers Association, and external Advisor to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Nitesh proudly represented India at bilateral forums and meetings. He was also an esteemed member of a delegation consisting of Pratibha Patil, former President of India, and Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India.
