Randstad India announces that E. Balaji, MD & CEO of Randstad India has decided to step down from his post with Randstad India to pursue other career opportunities outside the organization. Moorthy K. Uppaluri will take over as CEO. Uppaluri and Balaji will work together over the next few weeks, for a smooth leadership transition.

Balaji joined Randstad's predecessor Ma Foi in 1994 and worked in various responsibilities over the last 19 years. He was the MD & CEO of Randstad India for the last two years and has greatly contributed in raising the profile of Randstad in India.

Balaji said, “I have spent close to two decades with the organization. The journey has been exciting in terms of the transition from a promoter driven company into an international firm, the introduction of the Randstad brand and raising the profile of Randstad in India. I look back with satisfaction on what was achieved in Randstad.”
