WATConsult elevates its HR Director to CEO

Dentsu Aegis Network’s digital agency WATConsult has announced some senior leadership changes. Starting February 1, 2020, Heeru Dingra will be the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the agency and Rajiv Dingra the current CEO shall move on to the role of Chief Mentor and Advisor for WATConsult.

Dingra, who is currently the Director HR & Finance, will now have a new role and added tasks, overlooking the entire executive duties of the agency.

At WATConsult, she is the quintessential problem solver and the mind behind some of the most memorable HR and company-wide initiatives that encompass both clients and employees. Her belief in WATConsult’s ability to use Digital to make a difference has birthed projects ranging from wacky to socially conscious.

Her journey began nine years ago with WATConsult. Bringing some much-needed order to the chaos, her guidance has helped the agency grow both in strength and in expertise. With over a decade and a half experience in HR, she has led the transformation of WATConsult from its initial startup days to the current leading digital agency that we have become.

Before joining WATConsult she was associated with ICICI Bank for ten years in multiple roles.

Commenting on her new role, she said, “I am truly honoured to lead WATConsult – a globally awarded hybrid digital agency full of talented people, and brilliant brands. Looking forward to working closely with our exceptional senior leadership team, along with Rajiv, our Chief Mentor & Advisor. Together, we will capture the next waves of growth for WATConsult by remaining laser-focused on serving our clients, delivering long term growth and value creation, and providing the best career experiences for our people.”
