According to a survey conducted by MyHiringClub.com and FlikJobs.com, as much as 92 per cent of companies will reward their employees with increments in 2015. In addition, the average salary hike in 2015 will likely be in the range of 15 per cent. Also, the average bonus hike in the coming month will be approximately 10 per cent across the industry.
