Indian employees more engaged
Dale Carnegie, Employee Engagement in India 2014 report states that Indian employees are significantly more engaged than their global counterparts. 46 per cent of Indian employees are fully engaged compared to the global average of 34 per cent. In addition, only 9 per cent of Indian employees are genuinely dissatisfied with their jobs.
