An Economic Times news report states that people who are considered unattractive stand a higher risk of being bullied at the workplace. The conclusion is from a new study conducted in the US that links attractiveness to cruelty at the workplace.

The results are based on a survey among workers who were asked the frequency of the times when their co-workers were cruel to them. A separate panel who did not know about the study judged the attractiveness of the respondents through their digital photographs.
