AI-based recruitment startup, Talentify has appointed Brian J. Kelly as its new Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Having worked with companies like Vestrics, Mercer and Infohrm, Brian has immense knowledge of the HR Strategy & Technology marketplace.  

“Brian comes to Talentify with a wealth of experience in leading companies through exponential growth in the HR sector, so we are of course delighted to have him on board,” said Othamar Gama Filho, Founder and CEO of Talentify.

An HR veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Brian is a graduate from the Boston College. In Mercer, he worked as the Global Workforce Analytics & Planning Leader, Partner. He was a member of the Global Leadership Team in the talent line of business at Mercer and was responsible for the design and delivery of Mercer’s consulting services, information products and technology solutions for clients and partners for three years from 2011 to 2014. 

Brian has also served as the President & CEO of Vestrics, a talent analytics solution provider. Vestrics offers powerful insights into human capital investments to unleash the power of big data and drive better decisions.

Now, in his new assignment, Brian is all set to lead Talentify towards more growth and revenue. At Talentify, he will focus on the company’s overall corporate strategy and growth, delivering next-generation recruitment solutions that drive business success for Talentify clients.

“The challenges facing business leaders today are ever increasing, specifically in the high-volume recruiting marketplace. Talentify excels at optimizing the entire high-volume hiring process. We excel in finding qualified, interested and available candidates at scale. Talentify, I believe, has cracked the code,” said Brian.

In January, this year, the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, Cielo made a significant investment in Talentify. Cielo's Founder and CEO had during the investment said, "Cielo invested in Talentify because of our vision of 'boldly changing the way the world views talent' is perfectly aligned with Othamar's brilliant approach to revolutionizing talent acquisition processes for volume, distributed, repetitive hiring."

Established in 2015, Talentify Advertise and Talentify Optimize leverage A.I., Machine Learning, Behavioral Psychology and Design Thinking techniques to deliver dramatically superior results to hiring organizations. Talentify formally entered the U.S. market in early 2017.
