Yashwant Mahadik to lead Sun Pharma's HR team

Dilip Shanghvi, billionaire founder of India's largest drug maker Sun Pharmaceutical by market value, who had been facing headwinds while trying to integrate his company with Ranbaxy Laboratories, has hired Yashwant Mahadik to lead the HR initiative for his 30,000 employees. Mahadik, 48, was senior vice president - global head of human resources business, transformation, IT and operations of Philips.
