BeatO, a digital health ecosystem for chronic condition management, announced that it will be hiring 100+ employees in FY22, along with on-boarding leaders across multiple roles. The company will be increasing the team size to enhance technological and product innovation and customer experience.
The Delhi based health-tech startup also plans to hire senior leaders for various roles and positions including clinical product development, data science, operations and finance. The hiring of these 100+ employees will largely be carried out for technology, product, medical affairs and customer experience.
Speaking on the hiring plans, Gautam Chopra, Co-founder & CEO, BeatO said “As we venture into our next growth phase, we are looking at aggressively hiring people across roles to expand our team size. Being a tech-driven chronic condition management platform, these hirings will enable us to further invest in product and technological innovations driving our growth.”
The company follows a hybrid model where employees will visit the office for critical meetings, discussions, ideation or even to meet up with other colleagues. This will enable the company to hire the best talent from anywhere in the world and build a world-class team to transform chronic condition management at home.
BeatO will be participating in campus placement programs of different institutions including IIMs, ISB and IITs among others and continue to use digital recruitment platforms to on-board new employees. With the dearth in multi-functional talents, it would be interesting to see how the company experiments in recruitment & talent acquisition.
