Taxmen to take IIM-A, Harvard lessons
The Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad (IIM-A) today announced a special executive education programme for India’s senior most I-T officials in partnership with the Massachusetts, USA-based Harvard Business School (HBS). The Executive Education committees of the IIM-A and HBS have 'specially-designed' a four-week programme for I-T officials involving key aspects of leadership development, making the enforcement effective and tough while being respectful to the citizens at the same time. Under the programme, officials in the ranks of principal chief commissioner and chief commissioner of the Department of Income Tax will spend two weeks at the IIM-A campus and two weeks at HBS campus. The fee structure of the programme has been kept confidential.
