Infosys has tasked Ann Fudge, Jeffrey Lehman and Ravi Venkatesan, who are on the nominations and governance committee of Infosys' board of directors, with recommending candidates for the post of CEO at India's second-largest software services provider, ET reported.

Ann Fudge was named on Infosys’ board in 2011. She serves on a number of other corporate boards, including industrial and finance giant General Electric, pharmaceutical company Novartis International and retail behemoth Unilever. Ravi Venkatesan, 51, is credited with raising Microsoft’s profile in India. He was chairman of Microsoft India between 2004 and 2011 and was voted India's most influential multinational company CEO in an annual survey by ET. Jeffrey Sean Lehman, 57, is the chairman of the nominations committee of the board of directors of Infosys, which he joined in 2006, the report added.
