PSBs to lose 25% of current employees by 2020

The government announced that the public sector banks is to see about an average of 25 per cent of officers and employees retire by 2020. PSBs are thus assessing the likely vacancies including retirements annually and are looking to take necessary action to fill the same including intimating their requirement to Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for making allotment well in advance, said Minister of State for Finance, Jayant Sinha
