L&OD Roundtable in association with ItsMyascent.com presents 'The Best Learning Organisations of Asia Seminar & Awards.' The L&OD Roundtable serves as a knowledge-sharing and practice-building forum for Learning, OD and HR practitioners. Aimed at facilitating dialogue, building capability, and sharing resources, it currently serves 1600+ members (and growing) from India and abroad.
A not-for-profit undertaking, based in Mumbai, it has a Governing Council comprising luminaries from industry and the academic world – Dr. TV Rao (Chairman, TVRLS, and considered the Father of Indian HRD), Mr. Adil Malia (Group President HR – Essar Group), Mr. Aquil Busrai (CEO – Aquil Busrai Consulting), Mr. Shreesh Jamdar (Proprietor, Sambhav), Mr. Prince Augustin (EVP Human Capital – Mahindra & Mahindra), Dr. Sujaya Banerjee (Chief Learning Officer – Essar Group) and Mr. Rajeshwar Upadhyaya (Director, Par Excellence).
In the last three years, the focus of this Community of Practitioners has been to build capability for Learning, OD and HR professionals, provide access to Learning & other resources and enable meaningful exchanges and dialogues. This will be an ongoing journey of excellence, which will recognize and celebrate best-in-class practices, for collectively raising the standard of L&OD practices in member organisations.
