94% Indian women think they have successful careers

According to the What Women Want @ Work study released by LinkedIn, 94 per cent of Indian women surveyed in a total sample size of 400 feel that they have had successful careers and women with more than six years of experience feel more satisfied with their professional lives as compared to those with lesser experience. Further 93 per cent Indian women believe it is possible to have it all, in terms of career and family life. This is significantly higher than the global average of 74 per cent. Among other findings 25 per cent of professional women in India consider 'working for herself' as a key barometer for success. This figure is significantly higher than most other countries (12 per cent globally).
