With the changing workspace, companies have to adapt to changes in the way they manage their employees. The work space has to be reimagined to include more social ways to increase the quantum of learning. Considering there are four generations of people working together in a workspace, catering to the individual needs of employees for inclusive growth of the company becomes a difficult task.
