BPO services firm Navigant Technologies is planning to expand its workforce by 1,000 employees in this financial year to meet growing demand. At present, the Gurgaon-based firm has a headcount of 800 employees, who work in three shifts at its two centres. “We are expanding our workforce to meet growing work demand. This fiscal we will hire 1,000 people,” Navigant Technologies founder and CEO Ankur Bhatia told PTI.
