Student profiling: Students at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida get a very unique view of their professional personalities. Profiling of students is an integral part of the Jaipuria experience, where students get to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and gain experiences to address both. The institute provisions for training both from within the institute as well as outside, to help students build on their strengths or to work on their weaknesses.

Knowledge events: Besides knowledge sharing in classrooms and external trainings, the students also get exposure to several knowledge events which help them build perspectives into the professional world outside the institute. These events are in the form of clubs, conferences, seminars, group discussions, and essay writing events. Planning, designing, and execution of such events are all done by the students.

Functional conclaves: The institute organises functional conclaves to bridge the gap between academics and industry-readiness. These conclaves are spread across finance, operations, HR, and marketing. They all culminate into the annual management conference, which is a combination of pedagogy and industry insights.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida maintains an entrepreneurship cell to build and drive an entrepreneurial mind-set among students.
