The mentor-mentee team is core to the academic year and is very closely monitored and evaluated.
Student profiling: Students at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida get a very unique view of their professional personalities. Profiling of students is an integral part of the Jaipuria experience, where students get to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and gain experiences to address both.
