Mentoring: Mentoring comprises an integral part of the academic experience during the two years of education at Jaipuria Noida. Every student in the class is assigned a faculty mentor who is required to collaborate on academic as well as industry level projects and assignments. The mentor-mentee team is core to the academic year and is very closely monitored and evaluated.

Student profiling: Students at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida get a very unique view of their professional personalities. Profiling of students is an integral part of the Jaipuria experience, where students get to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and gain experiences to address both. The institute provisions for training both from within the institute as well as outside, to help students build on their strengths or to work on their weaknesses.

Knowledge events: Besides knowledge sharing in classrooms and external trainings, the students also get exposure to several knowledge events which help them build perspectives into the professional world outside the institute. These events are in the form of clubs, conferences, seminars, group discussions, and essay writing events. Planning, designing, and execution of such events are all done by the students.

Functional conclaves: The institute organises functional conclaves to bridge the gap between academics and industry-readiness. These conclaves are spread across finance, operations, HR, and marketing. They all culminate into the annual management conference, which is a combination of pedagogy and industry insights.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida maintains an entrepreneurship cell to build and drive an entrepreneurial mind-set among students. While not every student may be inclined toward entrepreneurship, the institute believes that having an entrepreneurial mind-set is very important to become effective professionals.

Besides academic development, Jaipuria Noida is involved in holistic and overall development of students and offers ample opportunities to students to involve in cultural activities and sports. One of the key aspects of overall development is tutorship, and students drive efforts to organise and arrange for lessons and sessions with industry experts outside their scheduled time-table.

To bridge the education-industry gap, Jaipuria Noida makes extensive efforts to ensure that students get every opportunity of exposure to the industry. The institution organises actual field visits to real business facilities, such as manufacturing and service facilities.

Jaipuria Noida engrains the values and mission of the organisation into the DNA of the faculty and students through the principles of sharing and ownership. Every faculty member meets at the annual strategic meet where ideas on the philosophy and targets of the organisations are shared. These are further broken down into how each member should contribute and finally these objectives are translated into how every student takes ownership of his/her own career by achieving these targets.
