Sunil Bohra joins UNO Minda Group as Executive Director & Group Chief Financial Officer to oversee the Group’s Finance portfolio. In his new role, besides heading the Group Finance function, Sunil Bohra will lead strategic and business planning for the group and spearhead global acquisitions&collaborations with the key management.

Sunil is a member of the ICAI and alumnus of the prestigious General Management Program (GMP) from Harvard Business School. He was the one of the youngest CFO appointed in the Vedanta Group, where he spent nearly 20 years. With a mixed experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer with Group companies in their oil & gas, mining & metals, consumer products and optic fibre & cable businesses, his last stint was as Chief Commercial Officer at Cairn India
