Ex Indigo President Aditya Ghosh has started a new journey. After working with the aviation company for ten years, he resigned in April 2018. 

In his new journey, the industry veteran has joined Tata Trusts as Senior Advisor. In his new role, Ghosh will look after the Cancer Care Initiative at Tata Trusts. 

Announcing this development, he tweeted, “India 1.5 million new #cancer cases every year, most cases detected at a very late stage, treatment is expensive and inaccessible. I will dedicate 20% of my time over the next several months as Senior Advisor to the core team of the @tatatrusts Cancer Care Initiative #CancerBeat.”

He was associated with Indigo till July 31st, 2018. Ghosh is known for his skills and being a people’s boss. In an interaction with a business magazine last year he mentioned that he knows most of his people by their names and even in the worst scenarios when the industry was facing salary delays, Indigo never reduced their staff and not delayed their salary even by an hour.

Under his leadership, Indigo was credited as Aon’s best employer for the year 2016 and 2017.
