Former Mahindra Auto and Farm CHRO Rajeshwar Tripathi joins RJ Crop
Before joining RJ Corp, Rajeshwar Tripathi worked with Mahindra Auto and Farm for 17 years.
Rajeshwar Tripathi former EVP, CHRO, Auto & Farm Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra has joined RJ Corp as Group CHRO, effective June.

Tripathi stepped down from Mahindra in April. Out of 17 years of association with Mahindra, he served the company as CHRO for 14 years.
Tripathi led large-scale projects involving acquisition & mergers including in international geographies, complex change management, organisation restructuring, and culture building initiatives.
Before joining Mahindra, Tripathi worked with GM -human resources for VE Commercial Vehicles -a joint venture of Volvo and Eicher Motors.
