After the appointment of Siddhartha Mohanty as the interim Chairman of the Life Insurance Company of India (LIC), the insurance company has announced the hirings of two managing directors.

According to the latest update, LIC has named Tablesh Pandey and M. Jagannath as Managing Directors, effective from April 8 and March 13, respectively. Pandey is currently working as the Executive Director.

Jagannath has held various important significant positions in the company.

He also served LIC (Lanka) Ltd. in Colombo, Sri Lanka as the Chief Executive Officer and Management Director for four years from 2009 and 2013.

Their appointments to the post have been announced after two Managing Directors Raj Kumar and BC Patnaik left the company recently. Currently, LIC has four managing directors.
