New-age downstream & petrochemicals company Nayara Energy has appointed Richa Dubey as its new chief people officer.

Richa has joined Nayara Energy from Vedanta Resources for where she worked as VP-HR for its iron and steel/ion and alloy businesses.

She comes with more than 25 years of experience as an HR leader across a wide range of sectors. Her experiences include managing HR functions for global workforces in regions such as the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the USA.

Richa is an astute leader with varied national and international experiences in the field of human resources. She has driven human resources as a strategic imperative of the organisation, managed change in both an execution driven and a focused growth environment.

Dubey holds an MBA in HR from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur.
