Global Learning & Wellbeing Partner of Unilever Rashmi Sharma is all set to join Coca-Cola in the role of Global Leadership & Learning Director. In her new role, she will drive future-focused capability across all employees, leadership levels and functions for their Bottling Investments Group across the globe.

Rashmi comes with 16 years of rich experience across global FMCG, technology and consulting sectors.  In her last role, she was with Unilever leading well-being for global beauty and personal care category across Southeast Asia. At Unilever, her key area of focus was organizational transformation by developing future-fit leaders.

As the well-being leader, she spearheaded initiatives to support employees through COVID-19 crisis focused on building a culture of psychological safety, launching mindfulness and creating a community of mental health champions.

Earlier as an HR consultant with Aon, she led learning, talent and leadership solutions for clients across technology, banking & media sectors, along with large HR transformation initiatives for conglomerates.

The well-being champion and ex-start up founder, she enjoys bringing diverse perspectives to her work. She co-authored Aon's first HR transformation case study for Ivey School of Business, writes about leadership for her newsletter community and has also shared her insights at the TEDx stage.
