Zydus Wellness has hired Shantanu Das as Senior Vice President - Human Resources.

Das is an HR practitioner with 25 years of domain experience across the industry. Has held different roles across a portfolio of HR functions including HR business partnering at a leadership level, as well as being instrumental in driving and embedding corporate culture. 

Das joined Zydus Wellness earlier this month from Amway India Enterprises Limited where he was the CHRO.

In addition to Amway India, Das also worked with Emami as Vice President - Human Resources. Heinz India, SABMiller, and PepsiCo India are the other organisations where he worked in the past. He started his career as Executive - HR at Philips India in 1996.

Das holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPM & IR) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
