Executives lack loyalty to organizations

According to a news report by the Economic Times executives are among the least loyal pool of employees in companies as opposed to conventional thinking. The trend was observed by Wharton management professor Peter Cappelli and Monkia Hamori of IE Business School, who analysed job search data from a leading executive search firm. When executives in the database were contacted, 52 percent agreed to be candidates for positions outside their company.
