Haptik appoints tech entrepreneur Ram Gupta on its advisory board

Gupta will be part of the Haptik advisory team that consists of Sean Byrnes, co-founder of ad tech firm Flurry, which was bought by Yahoo Inc. last year, and Dan Roth, an expert in the field of machine learning and natural language processing.

Personal chat assistant company Haptik Inc. has appointed tech entrepreneur Ram Gupta on its advisory board. Gupta, who has over 25 years of experience in technology and operations in companies such as PeopleSoft Inc. and WebMD Inc., will closely work with Haptik on strategy, said a company statement on Wednesday. Gupta will be part of the Haptik advisory team that consists of Sean Byrnes, co-founder of ad tech firm Flurry, which was bought by Yahoo Inc. last year, and Dan Roth, an expert in the field of machine learning and natural language processing.
