Nair, a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience, joins the team after successfully leading key talent initiatives within Volvo Group.

Volvo Group announced today the promotion of Radhika Nair to Head of People & Culture for India, effective July 1st. Nair brings over two decades of experience to the role, having joined Volvo Group in 2021.

Radhika brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise working with major international companies. Before joining Volvo Group, she held several positions within the HR function at Accenture, Uninor, Future Group and HSBC. She has spearheaded the development and execution of talent strategy aligned with business objectives.

In her new role, Nair will oversee all aspects of the People and Culture strategy for Volvo Group in India, including talent management, employee relations, learning & development, and more. She will also join the India Country Management & Leadership Team.

Nair's extensive experience extends beyond Volvo Group. Prior to joining the company, she held various HR positions at Accenture, where she played a key role in developing and implementing talent strategies aligned with business goals.
