After shooting the Mitsubishi’s HR Head Dinesh Sharma and later sending an anonymous letter to the company asking to sack the HR head or face consequences. The incident took a U-turn when the Gurgaon police said that they did not find any involvement of sacked employee Joginder.
According to a TOI report, the police will release Joginder and his relative Dayachnad very soon. The duo was arrested on the suspicion that they had executed the crime as Joginder had been sacked from the company in March following which he shot Dinesh Sharma.
Initially, a case was registered against the duo, but during the interrogation, the duo came clean, said a police officer.
The report said, at the time of investigation the Gurgaon police found that a dispute over a transport contract led to the attack. Fearing the loss of contract, Charan Singh, a resident of Pthredi village had planned the attack with the help of two bouncers. Charan Singh confessed his crime during the interrogation.
Joginder was sacked during the time of contract renewal and Charan Singh was aware of the duo threatening the HR Head and he took the benefit of the situation and executed the attack. Dinesh Sharma was shot on June 7th while he was driving his way to the office.
