Leading rose exporter Karuturi GlobalBSE -3.93 % today said its Board has accepted the resignation of its Group CEO and CFO Shireesh Jain.  "Shireesh Jain, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is no longer working for the company. He is no longer associated with the affairs of the company," Bangalore-based Karuturi Global said in a BSE filing.
