Top rung officials of public sector companies and government departments are thronging to premier B Schools to sharpen their leadership skills, an Economic Times news report says. Government sector organizations are investing heavily on leadership development to meet future needs. Many of the premier B Schools have created programs for government and public sector officials and most organize workshops and seminars to prepare the leaders for fast-paced economic change. These programs are also heavily geared to educate these leaders on what global companies are doing with regard to leadership.
