Technical talent in India is "notoriously" difficult to access and recruit as one in two employers in the country struggle to hire such personnel, a Monster.com survey says. According to the online career recruitment solutions provider, around 55 per cent of the respondents said their recruitment department needs 5-10 man hours to hire a technology professional.
