Enterprise HR tech firm PeopleStrong has announced a partnership with Muthoot FinCorp, the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group.

One of India's largest non-banking financial companies which employs over 18,000 people, Muthoot FinCorp has been undergoing a planned digital transformation, of which the overhaul of its people management system is part. A key objective of the partnership with PeopleStrong is to reduce dependence on HR teams while enabling people and business outcomes. According to the announcement, the implementation of PeopleStrong's HR Tech 4.0 platform across the company is the first such intervention in a string of planned interventions in Muthoot FinCorp's digital transformation strategy.
