Digital diagnostic platform 5C Network has expanded its core leadership with the appointment of Anand Iyer as chief operating officer.

The announcement comes soon after 5C Network inked a strategic partnership with Tata 1mg. 

A seasoned professional with over three decades in multinational corporations as well as reputed startups, Iyer has led the sales function for several leading companies in India and Asia, including a $400 million Asia business for a Fortune 1000 company.

His experience spans across multiple industries including IT, medical and power electronics, telecom, internet and mobile software technologies. He has also led three venture-invested startups in India (including marquee investors like Bessemer and Peepul). With a deep exposure and interest in sales and marketing, product management, business strategy, and leadership development, Anand is also an angel investor, associated with an angel investment network in India.

Iyer holds extensive experience in managing and strengthening stakeholder relations, both internal and external, including investors, customers and partners, and comfortable handling C-level relationships. He has also played mentoring and coaching roles for CXO leaders that have been paramountal in shaping the organisation’s leadership.
