Sinha has more than 18 years of experience in business partnering with in-depth experience in talent management and leadership development COE across multi-cultural matrix organisational structures spanning manufacturing and services.

His experience spans strategy and leadership, change management and culture building, recruitment and employer branding, performance management, talent management and succession planning,coaching and leadership development.

Earlier, Sinha was associated with Asian Paints for more than a decade and had done multiple roles in Corporate HR and manufacturing.

An avid researcher in the area of leadership and change management, Sinha is an alumnus of NMIMS and has specialised in General Management, HR and Analytics.
